At this time there are five (5) Horsforth Town signs situated at various locations but mainly sited on the four arterial routes into the town. Two of these signs are the old fashioned variety situated on the A65 New Road Side/Rawdon Road, one being down by The Forge and the second by the crematorium. Small stone beds were erected around their base and bulbs and bedding plants are planted.
A further more modern Horsforth sign is sited on the Ring road near to Low Lane and the fourth on Brownberry Lane just passed Horsforth Golf Club.
At each of these sites is a loose ground level series of stones containing spring and summer plants.
These signs are being refurbished/renewed in 2017 so the beds will require rebuilding once the work in complete.
