This area is just down from the Horsforth Hotel Public House. It consists of a number of Horsforth In Bloom planted Cherry trees that are fitted with ‘base tree guards’ that Alan Gray devised to eliminate damage caused by LCC contractors strimming too close to the trunk and affecting the bark of the saplings and trees.
Snowdrops and daffodils have been sown and show in the spring. We do not cut the grass in this area.
